FIELD OF EMBODIMENTS The invention relates to beverages comprising hydrolyzed collagen derived from animal raw materials. These raw materials can be different depending on their origin, that is, the animals from which they come can come from conventional farms or from organic farms or they can be wild animals, the animals can belong to different animal species, for example: equids or even-toed ungulates, fish , birds or snails. BACKGROUND OF THE EMBODIMENTS The beneficial properties of collagen are innumerable and they are applicable both in the field of medicine and in beauty treatments. Collagen is a major protein in human connective tissue, but its concentration varies in different parts of the body: cartilage, cornea, arteries and skin. Because it is strong and inextensible and because it has great tensile strength, it is the main component of cartilage, tendons and joints, bones and teeth. In addition, collagen is the building material for the walls of blood vessels - capillaries, veins, arteries. It gives them strength and energy, structure and flexibility for the efficient transport of blood to each and every cell. Collagen is essential for muscle function. The collagen molecules give the muscle fibers the strength and structure they need to function throughout the day. Collagen is not only the building material for muscle fibers, but also for smooth muscles - the heart muscle, the bladder muscles and the genital muscles. [0003] Collagen is constantly reproducing itself in the human body. However, after the age of 25, this process slows down and becomes increasingly flaccid with age. Disorders of collagen formation can also be caused in situations of constant overload (e.g. in competitive sports or in the case of intensive physical activity). The decrease in collagen is due to the fact that collagen is progressively depleted, or the decrease due to slower biosynthesis over the years leads to aging of soft tissue and bones (osteoporosis). The lack of collagen, which worsens with age, has visible unpleasant effects such as: drier skin and wrinkling, reduced mobility due to stiffness and joint pain, frequent bone fractures favored by osteoporotic changes, the appearance of pronounced and visible capillaries on the skin's surface , as well as a painful deterioration in the condition of varicose veins. In its original state, the collagen molecule is very difficult to break down in the digestive system because of its great length. In the case of an additional administration of collagen, it is therefore necessary to choose a product in which the collagen is previously "cut off", i.e. "hydrolyzed", which ensures that it can be much better assimilated by the organism. Moreover, advantages arising in this way are increased. Collagen can be administered in the form of tablets, capsules or as a drink. The collagen drinks have long been known in Japan and the West and are now also becoming fashionable in Europe thanks to their consumer-recognized effects on beauty and health, including joints. [0006] Recent scientific studies show that the liquid form of collagen available for drinking is more than 90% absorbed by the organism, which absolutely cannot be achieved when collagen is in the form of tablets or capsules. The liquid collagen form shows better results, higher efficiency of active ingredients and unrivaled good absorption. In addition, the dietary supplement forms - tablets, capsules, sachets, etc. definitely put more strain on the digestive system, as opposed to the liquid drinkable form, which is easily assimilated by the stomach. The exact dosage is of great importance for consumers of collagen beverages. All known collagen drinks have different percentages of hydrolyzed collagen and additives such as flavorings, vitamins, stabilizers and so on. Another advantage of the drink produced is that it practically does not allow additional burden on the body from artificial chemical additives such as preservatives, flavorings, artificial colors, flavor enhancers, etc. Such components are added to products with a higher concentrated amount of added hydrolyzed collagen. The absence of any additional components except drinking water and hydrolyzed collagen in the proposed new product represents an important advantage and ensures its administration without restrictions in terms of age and health of the expected consumer. The risk of developing intolerance or exacerbating hyperesthesia of the body, which is usually caused by added artificial additives, is completely avoided. In the present invention, the optimal concentration of the hydrolyzed collagen in the beverage is completely pure-tasting and almost completely corresponds to the neutral taste of clean drinking water. Furthermore, the drink is simplified as much as possible in terms of functionality, which is why it does not burden the consumer with additional calories. All in all, ingestion of the created non-carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage leads to improvement in skin texture, skin density and skin turgor; to improve muscle tone; as well as to improve the condition and flexibility of the joints. [0008] The market offers a wide variety of beverages containing various healthy ingredients. In modern society there is a natural urge to improve nutrition through the inclusion of foods and beverages with high added value provided by the multiple ingredients beneficial to the body that are part of it. In this way, the consumer's need to achieve better condition and muscle tone, to live a full life, to feel good and to improve their health through preventive measures can be met. Beverages containing hydrolyzed collagen as an ingredient can be presented in a convenient and consumer-friendly form. The collagen in these drinks can be a source of valuable proteins in the body, which are characterized by high and complete assimilation. At the same time, collagen, when added to beverages, also has the benefit of stimulating the daily fluid intake that underlies most recommended health-promoting diets. Adequate fluid intake is particularly important for many groups of people who have specific and increased fluid needs, such as active athletes or people whose work and lifestyle involves high levels of physical activity or mental pressure. The additional intake of hydrolyzed collagen is a valuable source for daily nutrition. Collagen also supplies a complete set of amino acids needed for the synthesis of the collagen matrix in the human body. This is especially important for active people, the elderly, pregnant and lactating women, people undergoing cosmetic surgery, and others. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The preferred embodiment of the present invention will now be described. Reference will now be made in detail to each embodiment of the present invention. These embodiments are given to explain the present invention, which should not be limited thereto. In fact, those of ordinary skill in the art upon reading this specification may recognize that various modifications and variations can be made therein. The invention relates to beverages containing hydrolysed collagen as a functional ingredient in a concentration: from 0.001 g/l g/l to 8.44 g/l, which can also be expressed as follows: from 1 ppm to 8440 ppm. This concentration of hydrolyzed collagen in the beverages is to be seen in relation to ready-to-drink beverages or in relation to beverages obtained after dilution by adding additional water in the prescribed ratio to concentrates produced in the form of powders or liquids. The functional ingredient hydrolyzed collagen, also known as collagen peptides, is produced by hydrolyzing raw materials such as collagen sources of various animal origins under controlled conditions. [0016] The drinks containing hydrolyzed collagen are characterized by a wide variety depending on the other combined ingredients that they may contain. Beverages can also contain only hydrolyzed collagen and water. The water for making the beverages may be tap water or spring or mineral water, or water obtained from icebergs (glaciers). If tap water is used, the tap water must, by regulation, come from a central water supply system or be obtained from groundwater or be obtained from natural or artificial ponds. In addition, the water can be preventively or if necessary additionally cleaned or treated using additional cleaning or treatment processes approved by the responsible health authorities: Examples of such processes are:mechanical filtering by filter systems,Filtering by chemically active filters to remove the unwanted iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) salts,Reduction of the total mineral content by ultrafiltrationusing ultrafiltration (reverse osmosis) systems;Reduction of the total mineral content in ion exchange filter systems,Reduction of the total mineral content through the distillation of water (evaporation and further condensation),Decontamination by UV filters (UV lamps),Decontamination using chemical treatment agents such as chlorine (Cl2), chlorine dioxide (ClO2), ozone (O3), active oxygen (O2) and others. [0018] In addition, water used for the beverages can be additionally carbonated by the addition of carbon dioxide - CO2. The amount of carbon dioxide added can reach 7.0 volumes (7.0 v/v). For the most common drink combinations, it can typically range from 0.5 to 5.0 v/v. vary. [0019] Beverages containing hydrolyzed collagen can be produced entirely without preservatives, since in such cases their stabilization is ensured by the use of suitable technical production processes. Examples of such procedures are:pasteurization of the product in combination with a “clean filling” and subsequent storage in refrigerated conditions, pasteurization of the product by UHT sterilization, followed by aseptic filling (filling in a sterile environment) of the product;pasteurization of the product followed by hot filling of the product,Filling of the product and subsequent tunnel pasteurization to ensure commercial sterility of the product is achieved;Pasteurization of the product and use of special nanomaterials when packaging the product in combination with further storage under refrigerated conditions. In the course of bottling the beverages, whether the beverage is made with the addition of preservatives or without the addition of preservatives, packaging protective gases can be used and added to the packaging before bottling, during bottling or afterwards. Packaging protective gases are gases other than air, namely noble gases such as: nitrogen [E941], carbon dioxide [E290], helium [E939] and others. These gases are added during the bottling process with the purpose of protecting the product from harmful processes such as oxidation, changes in taste, aroma and appearance. These gases help preserve the shelf life of the product while helping to preserve the quality of the food added. In terms of finished product appearance, beverages containing hydrolyzed collagen can be colorless or colored, clear or cloudy, and can contain a fine precipitate of larger particles at the bottom and/or have particles evenly distributed throughout the liquid. They can be still liquids or carbonated. [0022] Other beverages containing hydrolysed collagen, which can be colored, can have various colorings added, such as synthetic or organic, vegetable or animal origin, or they can come from various fruit and/or vegetable concentrates, vegetable extracts. Added colorants classified as additives with an E number may be approved for use in the beverage. The exact amount of colorant will vary depending on the active ingredients used and the intensity desired in the finished product. In general, the coloring agent, if used, should be present at a level of from about 0.0001% to about 0.5%, from about 0.001% to about 0.1%, or from about 0.003% to about 0.2% by weight the weight of the composition. No coloring is added to certain formulations. [0023] Beverages containing hydrolyzed collagen can be made unsweetened or sweetened by the addition of various sweeteners or mixtures of several thereof. Each of these sugars may be unrefined or refined to varying degrees. Examples of such sugars are: white refined sugar, unrefined or only partially refined sugar, honey, fructose, glucose, glucose-fructose syrups, syrups derived from fruits, plant extracts. The desired degree of sweetness of the beverage of the present invention may vary from °Bx=1.0÷16.0 (Brix units), or in cases where artificial or natural sweeteners are used, the desired sweetening intensity shall be equivalents of °Bx =1.0÷16.0 for ready-to-drink beverages. One Brix unit (°Bx) corresponds to 1% aqueous sugar solution, i.e. 1.0 g sugar per 100 ml water. [0027] Fruit juices or fruit juice concentrates can be added to regulate the acidity and/or to impart a sour taste to beverages containing hydrolyzed collagen. These fruit juices may have a sour taste, acidity-regulating additives or E-number additives such as citric acid [E330], phosphoric acid [E338], phosphates [E339; E340; E341, E343], citrates [E331; E332; E333] and others include. The preliminary dissolution of the hydrolyzed collagen takes place in a tank made of stainless steel, with a maximum capacity of 2500 liters or other), equipped with a stirrer and a water heater in the water supply path. The water in the tank heats up to a temperature of: (min. 60 °C ÷ max. 90) ± 5 °C on the way through the flow heater. The agitator of the tank starts to work. The pre-weighed amount of powdered collagen is fed into the mixing chamber of a mixing unit, which automatically receives the fed collagen powder, evenly wets it with water circulating between the mixing unit and the mixing tank, sucks it by suction, and conveys it into the preliminary dissolution tank . This process takes at least 5 minutes. Thereafter the mixing unit is stopped, i.e. the circulation between the mixing chamber and the mixing unit is suspended. The obtained preliminary solution of hydrolyzed collagen in a defined ratio to water is additionally stirred by the stirrer of the preliminary dissolution tank. Stirring takes at least 10 minutes. The preliminary concentrated solution of hydrolyzed collagen obtained is subjected to filtration through filter cartridges with a permeability of at least 20 μm. The concentrated solution is delivered by a pump to a filter unit, after which it is conveyed to a second stainless steel mixing tank with a maximum capacity of 10500 liters for the production of the actual beverage. After the completion of the filtration, the concentrated solution is transferred to the second mixing tank. The second tank is equipped with two stirrers - a bottom stirrer for a low level and a top stirrer, as well as an automatic level gauge that reads the actual volume of liquid while the level gauge gives a signal to the stop valve that doses drinking water into the tank . The bottom agitator will start working automatically after the liquid level in the second mixing tank reaches up to 2000L. Drinking water will be added to the available amount of 2000L solution after the bottom agitator is already working, and when the liquid level in the second mixing tank reaches 4500L, the top agitator will also start working automatically. For other SKUs (or SKUs) where the beverage contains other ingredients besides collagen, such as: flavorings, vitamins, minerals, etc... Any additional ingredients that have been precisely measured beforehand, e.g. dissolved similarly to the collagen solution in 1000 1 water, but at one temperature (6 ÷ 25 °C). This reconstituted solution is transferred to the collagen solution in the same manner as before. The addition of drinking water at temperature (6 ÷ 25 °C) continues until the level gauge shows 10000 l. Then the level gauge will automatically give a signal to the stop valve and the water feeding will be suspended. Stirring of the solution with simultaneous operation of both the top and bottom stirrers is continued for at least 10 minutes. Thereafter, the top agitator is stopped and the finished drink is allowed to stir only with the bottom agitator. The finished drink is a solution of hydrolysed collagen with a concentration of 10 kg per 10000 l of water, i.e. 1 g/l (1000 mg/l). If the liquid level in the second mixing tank falls below 2000 l, because the product is constantly discharged to the sterilizer of the filling line, this agitator stops automatically. Before the finished beverage is shipped for sterilization and bottling, it must be analyzed to confirm the quality of the beverage. For this purpose, a sample of the finished drink is taken through a tap with which the mixing container is designed. This sample is tested in a production laboratory for compliance with standardized regulations relating to: appearance, clarity, smell and taste. If the evaluation is positive, the finished drink can be transported to the filling block. The tested beverage is fed into a sterilization block located in front of the filling and capping block. The beverage is sterilized, ensuring microbial stability against spoilage and deterioration. Since the raw material used for the drinking water and the hydrolyzed collagen is not sterile and the process of preliminary dissolution and final dissolution into the actual standard beverage is carried out in a non-sterile environment, it is likely that the finished beverage is contaminated with microorganisms. A sterilization known by the brand name UHT sterilization is performed at ultra-high temperature for a short time (a few seconds). This sterilization process guarantees the killing of the microorganisms with active cells, ensuring the commercial sterility of the finished product. Furthermore, the finished beverage stabilized by such sterilization can be transported, displayed in stores and sold at room temperature, i.e. it is not necessary to maintain a cold chain to ensure transportation and distribution of the products under uninterrupted refrigerated conditions. The so-called UHT sterilization makes it possible to preserve the benefits of the active ingredients of the drink as much as possible, while preserving the freshness of the natural and original taste and aroma and avoiding the appearance of off-flavors. The drink comes into the first compartment of a pasteurizer - sterilizer, which includes three compartments: for heating, for temperature maintenance and for cooling. Each of the three compartments is equipped with fully insulated double chambers that touch each other via a tightly sealed heat exchanger surface. The beverage coming into the first preheating compartment encounters an indirect backflow of the already treated beverage leaving the holding compartment. In this way, energy is saved while the incoming drink absorbs some of the heat from the outgoing drink. The pre-heating of the incoming drink facilitates and ensures a simple and efficient, quick attainment of the desired holding temperature - the actual sterilization, which is carried out in the holding department. In the holding compartment, the drink meets (through the heat exchanger surface) an indirect return flow of the heat medium - a warm flow. The sterilization temperature used and the holding time (the residence time in the holding compartment) are automatically controlled by a computer system. After the time for maintaining the entered sterilizing temperature has elapsed, the beverage is automatically transferred to the preheating compartment, where it again encounters a reverse flow of the incoming beverage and releases some of its heat. Subsequently, the already semi-chilled sterilized beverage enters the cooling department, where a final cooling takes place by means of ice-cold water in a reverse flow, until the desired predetermined temperature for bottling the beverage has been reached. The recommended method of UHT sterilization of the beverage is as follows:Sterilization at a temperature of 137°C and holding for 4.2 s at a flow rate of 13000 l/h; (these parameters may vary depending on the characteristics of the production/bottling line)the sterilized, cooled product leaves the sterilizer at a temperature of 20 °C. The bottling of the fully sterilized beverage is carried out using an aseptic filling and capping monobloc. The filling takes place in a closed sterile system to prevent possible contamination. The filling is carried out under controlled conditions using sterile chambers, each of which is previously cleaned and sterilized with chemical detergents. A defined pressure of sterile air is maintained and each filling block compartment has antibacterial filters that prevent the machine from being fouled by microbes during the filling process. The pressure differential maintained (sterile air pressure is higher) ensures a barrier that does not allow non-sterile air to enter. The isolation from the outside environment is also ensured by means of a liquid seal (disinfectant). The disinfectant provides a liquid barrier between the interior of the sterilization, filling and capping carousel and the outside environment, protecting the machine from microbiological contamination. The bottles into which the product is filled are made after blowing from blanks - PET preforms. The bottles are conveyed into the aseptic filling and capping block by a pneumatic conveyor. The process of blowing the bottles by timely ultra-high heating at a high temperature of about 140°C is carried out immediately before they are introduced into the filling and capping block, which ensures clean packaging. Before filling, the packages are finally sterilized by spraying them with a hydrogen peroxide solution and then quickly drying them using sterile, dry and warm air. The lids used to close the package are also sterilized in a lid pre-sterilization chamber. The sterilization of the bottles and caps (also known as "dry sterilization") is carried out at room temperature: 140 °C (for bottles) and 150 °C respectively (for caps) in two steps:VHP - injection (of hydrogen peroxide in the vapor phase);Activation and drying with dry, sterile air. [0074] The chilled beverage is conveyed to the filling at a temperature of 20°C and is filled without contact (there is no physical contact between the bottle and the filling valve during the metering of the product). The temperature and flow of the beverage that is fed in for bottling are automatically controlled during the bottling process. The bottling of the beverage is carried out in a nitrogen atmosphere, which ensures an inert atmosphere, further protecting the product from oxidation during the storage period. The sealed and labeled bottles are packaged in stacks using a film machine. The stacks are automatically placed on pallets and the finished pallets are transported to the storage area.
